First visit
Bring your ID and insurance card. After an auto accident, bring your auto policy and claim info too.
Arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in without eating into your visit.
Plan for about 45 minutes: history, exam, on-site X-rays when indicated, and your plan.
